Exhibition in the reading room of the Stedelijk Museum about the current situation of culture funding cuts in the Netherlands. In the reading room, we produced this bilingual folder which made it possible for the visitors to collect the lose articles to make their own reader. The collection of texts has been selected by the participants of Platform Beeldende Kunst and includes current analysis and opinions on recent political developments in the Netherlands and the position of the arts with regard to the drastic changes.

The second issue of ‘FTN’ was locating into photography. It has been structured into four sections in selected prominent photographers. Each of selected artist has represent the individualize life attitude of a city and the relationship between their aesthetic impressions and city connection. Silence the moment of a city, a life style, documenting or documented by exposure moment. Through the second issue of ‘FTN’, we could like providing a transparent space, without distance of observation for the readers into the ‘hours’.
The anisotropic material properties of moisture expansion in industrially produced paper and natural wood are similar and mostly tried to be avoided. Combined with other materials though, the expansion of the paper reveals interesting effects, which can be used in rather atypical contexts.
The well known gallery Sprueth Magers, run by Monika Sprueth and Philomene Magers, opened doors to the film and music shop next to their gallery …. and we were the ones responsible for all printed matters (here the paper with the program for the opening). Whenever you’re around Oranienburgerstrasse in Berlin, this shop is a must visit when you’re interested in films by artists and films on artists and art. A one stop shop till you drop.
